Grower vetting
We only work with packhouses that hold current GLOBALG.A.P. (or equivalent) certification, and ask for social compliance evidence such as SMETA, GRASP or Rainforest Alliance where relevant.
Written specifications
Every order has a spec: variety, class, size or count, Brix or dry matter, colour, defects tolerance, pack and label. No spec, no order.
Pre-shipment inspection
Independent or in-house inspectors check a sample at the packhouse, with photos and pulp temperatures, before the container is sealed.
Arrival inspection
Each consignment is checked at the UK hub against spec and logged before it is split. Any claim is raised within 24 hours with photos and logger data.
Residue testing
We request residue results against GB MRLs and can commission UKAS-accredited testing on arrival for high-risk lines.
Traceability
Lot codes link every box back to the grower, block and packing date. You receive the documentation pack with every delivery.
